Are you the parent, family member or caregiver to someone living with a disability in Manitoba? Would you like to be part of a group of people who face similar challenges? Do you want to take action to make positive changes for your family member? Please join us on Saturday, March 3 at 10:00, at Inclusion Winnipeg, 120 Maryland St! This event will include the opportunity to share your experiences, meet others who can relate and the opportunity to help shape what this group will look like and how it will proceed going forward. Registration is now open for the 2018 LIFE Program Summer Camps for youth and teens ages 12-21 (limited spots for younger campers with complex physical care needs) We are excited to offer five unique summer camps this year! All of our camps are: • Open to both ambulatory participants and wheelchair users • Offer a 1:1 buddy system as well as support from therapists (physio, OT, and recreation therapy) View our info sheet and registration form, to register before March 23!

The RCC/SSCY Family Network and the LIFE Program are holding a Transition to Adulthood night, for those that will soon be undergoing this transition. The event will be held on Saturday, February 24th from 4:30 – 8:00 pm, at SSCY Centre. Activities and supervision will be available for children and young adults. Young adults will be cooking dinner, and will be sharing it with parents! This event is open to all families! It’s Feeding Tube Awareness Week!
